For a quick repair and return, we recommend to follow all instructions shown below:
- Add a completed Service form Serviceauftrag, incl. failure description. ("Unit does not work" or " as discussed by phone/email" is not an adequate description, sorry) . Please also describe error messages shown by the device in your environment (you can invoke the status of the subsystems of the unit for detailed information) and your specific installation environment the problem has occured in. Your assistence will be highly appreciated. It helps to reduce time for failure analyzis to avoid high repair costs.
- If shipping from non-EU countries, please follow the additional instructions shown in the service form.
- Choose an adequate box with appropriate foam for shipping the devices to our address. Whenever available, please use antistatic material
- Ship the unit as an insured parcel to prevent a loss in case of damage or theft to the address shown below:
